PRELUDA / Terms
Terms for PRELUDA
These terms apply when an organisation orders a review or adds an app to the app register. They apply to businesses and organisations, not consumers.
The parties
The service is provided by LUMRAIT AB, reg. no. 559586-7671, Stockholm. Contact: [email protected].
The person ordering confirms that they may represent their organisation.
The service
We review an app and give advice: yes, yes with conditions, wait or advise against.
We use publicly available information and what the vendor states. We never test the vendor's systems.
What we cannot confirm, we ask the vendor about after delivery.
We remind them for 30 days. Then you get a final report, with or without the answers.
We cannot promise that the vendor will answer.
The advice is based on what was known on the day the report was approved.
The report is a recommendation and not a guarantee. The decision about the app is yours.
The draft and the order
- The draft is free and places you under no obligation.
- It arrives within 24 hours on weekdays.
- The agreement takes effect when you pay for the full report.
- We may decline an order, for example when our method is not enough.
Price and payment
- The price is the one on the website when you order. Prices exclude VAT.
- A review is paid by card through Stripe, with 25 percent VAT.
- The full report opens right after payment.
- The app register is paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe, per app.
The app register
- The app register is an add-on for apps we have reviewed. The price is per app per month.
- You can cancel at any time. It continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We read the sources of your reports every night and tell you when something changes.
- The check only reads publicly available information.
- The report on each app in the register is updated once a year.
Errors in the report
If we are wrong we correct the report at no cost. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the report.
The corrected version shows what has changed.
Your responsibility
Describe how the app will be used as accurately as you can. The advice is based on it.
Do not include secrets or personal data about others in your answers.
The report
- You may use the report freely within your organisation.
- The link is valid for twelve months from the latest email containing it. It is also valid for as long as the app is in the app register.
- You can get a new link at any time through Find my order.
- You may show the report to auditors, advisers, the board and authorities.
- You may not publish it or use it in marketing without our written approval.
- The method, the questions and the texts belong to LUMRA.
- We may use facts about the app in other reviews. Your answers are only used for you.
AI gathers, people approve
AI helps us gather evidence. A person at LUMRA approves every report.
Wait and advise against require two people.
If we review an app from the company behind our AI, a person makes the whole assessment.
Independence
We never take payment from vendors for an assessment. We publish no ratings of apps.
Liability
- Our liability is at most what you paid in the last twelve months, excluding VAT.
- We are not liable for indirect loss, for example lost profit or lost data.
- We are not liable for what the vendor does or changes after the date of the report.
- The limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence.
- Claims must be made in writing within twelve months of the event.
Confidentiality and personal data
We keep your order and your answers confidential. This applies after the agreement too.
How we handle personal data: the privacy policy.
Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays that we could not foresee or influence.
This includes, for example, major outages affecting the internet, cloud services or public authorities.
Changes
We may change the terms. We give 30 days' notice of larger changes for the app register.
A review follows the terms that applied when you paid.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
